JDM by Northwest works with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners so orders can ship from the location best suited to the product. Because products may come from different fulfillment partners, items in the same order can arrive in separate packages and on different schedules.

Processing and delivery

Processing and delivery times vary by product, supplier, destination, and carrier. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.

Tracking information will be provided when it is available from the fulfillment partner. Internationally sourced or specialty products may require additional transit time.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once a supplier or carrier has begun processing a shipment, an address change might not be possible.

We want products from JDM by Northwest to arrive as described and be worth keeping. Because our catalog can include products fulfilled by different suppliers, the return address and return procedure can vary by item.

Before sending anything back

Please contact us before returning a product. Do not mail a return to an address found on a shipping label unless we have confirmed that address for the return. We will provide the applicable instructions after reviewing the order and supplier requirements.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective items

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos when relevant. Keep the product and packaging until we confirm the next step, since a fulfillment partner may require documentation.

Fitment

For vehicle-specific products, customers are responsible for reviewing the stated year, model, trim, transmission, dimensions, thread size, or other fitment information before ordering. If a listing is unclear, contact us before purchase rather than guessing.

Non-returnable situations

Installed, modified, damaged-after-delivery, or used vehicle parts may not be eligible for return unless defective, depending on the supplier and product. Final eligibility and any applicable return shipping or restocking costs will be communicated before a return is authorized.

There is a lot of good Japanese car stuff out there—and a lot of listings that use “JDM” for almost anything. We try to keep ours simple.

If something is genuine OEM, made in Japan, or from a Japanese brand, we will say so when we can verify it. If it is a modern aftermarket piece inspired by Japanese car culture, we will say that too.

What we look for

We want products that feel worth the money and make sense in the shop. For vehicle-specific parts, we also check the fitment information we can verify before listing them.

Not everything has to be rare

There is room here for both authentic Japanese pieces and affordable fun. A charm or decal does not need a collector's pedigree to be enjoyable—it just should not be sold as something it is not.
