Shipping & Fulfillment

JDM by Northwest works with third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners so orders can ship from the location best suited to the product. Because products may come from different fulfillment partners, items in the same order can arrive in separate packages and on different schedules.

Processing and delivery

Processing and delivery times vary by product, supplier, destination, and carrier. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.

Tracking information will be provided when it is available from the fulfillment partner. Internationally sourced or specialty products may require additional transit time.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once a supplier or carrier has begun processing a shipment, an address change might not be possible.
